If you have a lot of broken links across the site then I know for a fact that you are not going to be getting all of the business you deserve as people will leave the site. If this is proving to be a problem to a visitor to the site then you know what they are going to be dong right? They will simply come into the site see that it is pants and go elsewhere.

If you have a site that just doesn’t make sense then you need to sort it because you will be losing potential customers from it. There are literally hundreds of competitors out there and if your site isnt up to scratch they will without a doubt go elsewhere.
