The software scans all attachment files and body text to establish if the Webmail contains offensive material. The software is multi threaded, automatically creating multi instances of the program to meet demand causing no noticeable latency to web traffic.
The Systems administrator is provided with a range of filtering options:
Replace suspected image attachments text with customisable safe symbols

Copy suspected files to System Administrator
Redirect suspected Webmail to System Administrator
Monitor users’ activity with Server and Activity logs
High Medium and Low threshold settings according to individual business requirements
